Quote:Paul Krugman’s prediction about the Republican Party was just vindicated

Quote:New York Times op-ed columnist Paul Krugman is taking a well-deserved victory lap as his most dismal predictions about the dark machinations of the Republican Party are coming true.
He explained in a new column this week:
When the Trump tax cut was on the verge of being enacted, I called it “the biggest tax scam in history,” and made a prediction: deficits would soar, and when they did, Republicans would once again pretend to care about debt and demand cuts in Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.
Sure enough, the deficit is soaring. And this week Mitch McConnell, the Senate majority leader, after declaring the surge in red ink “very disturbing,” called for, you guessed it, cuts in “Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid.” He also suggested that Republicans might repeal the Affordable Care Act — taking away health care from tens of millions — if they do well in the midterm elections.

Keep voting for these cocksuckers, trumptards.  You are the stupid ones.  They are just criminals.

That is about as insightful as predicting you will die when you are eaten by a shark, or you will fall if you jump off a bridge, or Jesus will not come again.

Just because that is more insightful than 45% of Americans does not mean there is any insight in it that would be beyond any lobotomized monkeys.

If he wants to even mildly impress with the power of his prognostication, he will have to do better than that.

Why do you all love Putin so much?
It's obvious if you know anything about our modern history. Putin saved Russia, GDP PPP per capita almost trippled under his rule and we now enjoy standards of living that we didn't even dream of 20 years ago.

Russia is a conservative christian pro-rich white country. We are natural allies

Fuck you, Putin and that lousy cocksucker in the White House.

You don't need to. They speak better English than the English do.

And has since plummeted, largely due to Putin's raiding of the state's coffers and natural resources to embiggen his Swiss Cypriot bank accounts.

And on the standard of living, why is your population collapsing? Russia has the worst demographics in Europe, a continent not currently noted for it's prowess at making babies.

It hasn't that's why I wrote GDP PPP per capita. Nominal GDP fluctuates a lot because of exchange rates and therefore is irrelevant for measuring strength of economy

Is it? We have stable population afaik. Low birth rate is cultural thing and can change in the future

To see an explanation as to how Putin has ruined not only Russia but the worlds view on reality see the attached.

You're boasting of a birth rate that's 20% below replacement rate, in a country very hostile to immigration?

Primitive and outmoded concept on a crutch, but you are thick!

Russians, damn proud Putin has made russia so great, that the Russians might not actually become extinct* until somewhat after a few others in their former sphere of influence had gone extinct.

In fact Putin had made russia so great, that there will be many many Russian corpses pickled in vadka for posterity to admire even after the Russians have gone extinct.

*being pro-rich, Putin will ensure the oligarchs live on of course. Extinction of the Russian race refers only to the Hoi polloi
