I said I liked it there. He hasn't been yet. If I had the money and didn't hate flying I would migrate to Brisbane.

No it isn't the landing that scares me, it is the feeling of suddenly flipping over like a ping pong ball in a jar.

The smaller jets and local flights are smoother. The bigger the jet the faster it goes, the bumpier the ride.

I cannot find a fucking cruise ship from the west coast to Australia. I am serious, if there is a boat that goes all the way across I would be willing to consider it. 

Funny thing, on my inner city tour, our water tax in Brisbane, passed a cruise ship out of Europe, but that was a worldwide tour costing 20 grand for the cheap seats (cabins).

Or most of the way. Take a ship to England. Take the Orient Express to Istanbul. From there wing it through India and down the Indonesian archipelago. Stop at Bali on your way. Take three months to get there.
Alternatively, take a ship to Japan and get another ship to Oz.
