Members of congress aren't supposed to resemble real human beings.  They're supposed to be old white turtles who complain about things like loud music and people who drive a tenth of a mile over the speed limit.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

I stopped speeding in my late 20s, and even in my youth I hated loud music disturbing my sleep. Nothing wrong with sharing the road and being a good neighbor.

I think Americans are inculcated from youth to fortify themselves with the mantra that they are fine just how they are, so they tend to fantasize their own being most of the way to being great, and weigh heavily the considerations of how to avoid being called out for the severity of their own inadequacies when they elect their congress persons or presidents.   So they elect someone who seems to share their inadequacies, or better yet proud of their inadequacies, especially if the person weaves a story or how they paved their own way to success wth these same inadequacies.

I think the Republicans have made a good case against her, as they have uncovered the following scandals:

1.  She wears clothes.

2.  She dances.

3.  She grew up in a house.

I hope you people will be happy when she destroys your country.

In defence of the Republicans, the desire for her to not do No. 1 is probably genuine.

On the other hand, like trump, she appears to prioritize wishes over facts, perhaps taking for granted that if the motives behind the wish is noble enough, facts will be duly impressed and hammer themselves into shape to confirm.
