Someone being gay isn't going to stop me from telling them that the idea of a spirit is nonsense. I'm not going to suspend logic and rational belief because someone wants to believe in fairy tales, regardless of their sexuality.
You can "identify" as Christian all you want, it doesn't make you any less full of shit, because god isn't real.
Human sexuality has nothing to do with spirits or souls. lol what are you talking about?
Yea because this has anything to do with religion

Wow, so you continue to be disingenuous to prove... what exactly?
There's as much evidence for souls/spirits as there is for god. I put it both of these concepts in the same category: nonsense.
I don't care if you believe in your little believies that you have a soul; you don't. And until we have evidence for such a phenomenon I feel comfortable saying there is no such thing as a soul. Period.

Queer carries conceptual baggage specific to our schema not present in their own. It doesn't accurately describe what they mean. Same with transgender. Each term could be applied (and has been), by us, to roughly approach it - but that's all it would be. The difference between landing at the airport and landing on the runway.
We have similar difficulties describing classical pagan concepts of the same.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. LGBTQ2
I do love lesbians
Gay people are awesome
Bisexuals are sexy as fuck
Trans people are some of the most determined individuals you'll ever meet.
Everyone's a little queer right ?
As for the 2 spirited. You can take that many ways.
Perhaps they are twice as delusional as 1 spirited people.
If you think of spirit as a mental quality, then perhaps this describes a person who is highly motivated.
Maybe the person has a split personality and is of 2 minds.
Maybe it's a way to describe bi-polar individuals or even bi-sexuals within the native mental landscape.
Perhaps it describes me. I'm of two behaviors battling within my own mind, one good, one not so good.
There are some abbreviations that add in an A in there somewhere that stands for Atheist. I don't mind that either.
LGBTAQ2
Or maybe BLAQ GT2 ?

I don't believe in spirits and souls so obviously to me being two spirited is people mistaking sexuality with having some primitive spiritual meaning.
I don't know what the government has to do with it but I don't live in Canada.
I also thought the full abbreviation was lgbtqi now.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

All said and done, what the fuck do these abbreviations have to do with anything? Can we just toss aside all of this bullshit and treat one another with respect, regardless of sexuality and beliefs?
I've always said that I may respect you, but I do not have to respect your silly beliefs. Sexuality is another thing entirely as it is something you're born with that may be somewhat influenced by upbringing.

Apparently not, that's what lead to the movements these abbreviations represent.
