Dating / Married To Theist

Hey guys! It's been awhile!
Recently I met an amazing woman from Honduras who I intend to marry soon. That isn't really what this topic is on though
About 10 or so years ago, I had much more of an aggressive stance against theism in general. Over time though, I've found no need to really put myself in a position of arguing against religious nonsense. Fortunately, while this girl is definitely a Christian and a believer, she isn't aggressive with it either. She's aware that I am an Atheist and really has no problem with it (which I was afraid might be an issue). The most religious thing I've done was a Christmas party with her which involved a midnight prayer. I just stood there quietly enjoyed some of that AMAZING Latino food lol.
I was wondering how many of you are currently dating or married to a theist and what your experiences have been?

If you don't see it as a problem and she doesn't see it as a problem, then it probably won't become a problem. Might wanna discuss the kids...if you plan to have any, though, lol.

What Gae said. I've dated theists in the past. Sometimes it was an issue, sometimes it wasn't. If your lady has no problem with your atheism, it probably won't become an issue.

Neither of us see it as a problem. I'm actually perfectly willing to be fair about any children should that become a thing (we are working through the details on that bit). Gotta get through the whole immigration fun first lol
