Simmons must have been a VERY forgiving man, since was a longtime friend of Harlan Ellison.
Ellison was an enormously skilled writer, but he was also - let’s be honest - a dick.

Never, in my wildest dreams, and I have some SERIOUSLY wild dreams, did I ever think I'd been cheering on Pakistan!!

First, Zed from Pulp Fiction died, and now the Gimp, or Stephen Hibbert. He was married to Julia Sweeney at the time, who was also in the movie.
