Oh, it's shopped light doesn't work that way. For example, see how the "light" shining down in the gaps of the clouds suddenly stops when the taker wants to have the arms and head defined. Also the huge contrast between the brightness of the light light half way down the "Jesus image" is another give away. Not only is it a Photoshop, it's a bad one.

To expand what I said: Even if by some (ahem) miracle it's not shopped we still have no reason to believe it's Jesus.

What's always puzzled me (and I never get a good answer for) is why are the images of Jesus always so out of focus?  I mean, if God really, truly wanted to demonstrate his power, why don't we ever get a Jesus that's clear and unambiguous?

If I wanted to convince people there was a bear in my kitchen, I'd post this:

I have an elderly neighbor who has a print of this photo framed and on display in her living room.
She was so excited when she showed it to me. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was fake.

I just told her, "Wow. That is..something."
