The media - including Fox news put the membership of the Michigan Militia at over 1,000,000 members back in the late 80' s. I know for a FACT that there wasn't 5000. How? I met all the " commanders". ( mostly whackadoodles)
You'll have to forgive my skepticism of any media to guess numbers and get it right - because that's what they are doing --- guessing. They have no way to confirm such numbers - and neither do you.

Whatever portion belongs to a racist and sexist website is irrelevant. They’re operating concentration camps irl. They -all- belong to a racist and sexist organization.
They should really get together and do something about that.

However could anyone figure out the number of members on a Facebook site. Maybe someday we'll have the technology, for now we can only dream.

I like how onlinebiker immediately jumps to the defense of border patrol agents. Probably because he agrees with the ones in this group. But he knows it wouldn't go over well defending them here, so instead he resorts the line "FAKE NEWS!" despite the fact that it's a literal facebook group run by actual members of the border patrol. I guess facts really don't matter to him at all. Kind of sad.

Look the other way and let whoever wants in, in?
A big part of this is logistics - there simply isn't to manpower to process t he numbers coming in.
There's less personnel in the Border Patrol than there is in the New York City Police Department.
Wrap your head around that and you can begin to understand why there is a problem....

Facts were posted, then ignored. Law enforcement and Border Patrol attracts some of the WORST people. My father agrees, and he was an FBI Agent for over 20 years.
