I suspect a large reason you are so against guns - is you have been court ordered to not own any.

Last. I get it, but this is one issue that goes way beyond one website, to the tune of nothing getting done, to the tune of 100 people a day on average dying.

If the worst OLB gets here is offended, he still is not dead, like the epidemic of dead that I now America is capable of fixing.

OLB really has nothing to worry about if firearm safety laws are pragmatically put in use to the point of effectively reducing firearm violence to the levels of our allies like Australia and New Zealand. 

This is not a flame war. This literally is a battle for the direction of America, and not just on this website. 

If it worked like OLB claimed, nobody would be bitching, not the left, not the right. In a perfect world nobody would be bitching. But the truth is America is STILL #1 in firearm violence among our allies. If what OLB was claiming worked, we would not be #1 in firearm violence. 


OLB has unfortunately been sold fear. I will not coddle his insecurities here, anymore than I would any far right 2nd nut on Twitter or Facebook.

It really WILL  be ok, and we will NOT become a fascist state, if more people put public safety above the profits of firearm CEOS.

Me - I done my part. DOZENS of friends, family and acquaintences now have concealed carry permits because I donated my time, facilities and even money - to get them licensed.

I understand you are passionately against guns. I am not, IMHO as Portuguese the US needs some sort of gun control. I have given ideas on how to go about that. It's all that I can do as a person having lots of ideas,  an idiot.
