Texas shootings: Random gun attacks leave five dead

At least five people have been killed and many more injured in the second mass shooting in the US state of Texas in a month.

In the journalism mantra, a dog biting a guy stops being news. A guy biting a dog is a better story. Now, If we get a responsible gun owner stopping a shooting or even overthrow a british ruler, that would be yuge. It would be the archetype for the 2nd amendment proposal. Lets not kid ourselves.

Also, I don't think they're 'making firearms like candy'.  I'm not a gun expert, but I'm pretty sure they have a lower sugar content than fudge.
