Some of you numbers on rate/prevalence don't make sense. They are not matching other published rates.
For instance, look at England (~population 55 million) and Germany (~population 83 million). You have the total cases in both countries as a little more than 100,000 but rate/100,000 in England as 0.11 and Germany as 81.
I validated the calculation by trying it on "Canada", this result is straight from the application console:
