Just say "I believe you're wrong for the same reasons that you believe you're right, now how do we determine which one of us is right ?"
What method should we use ? How do we test your claim that a god exists ?

If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence. I like to tell people that proving a negative (generally) is pointless. I don't waste my time trying to prove the non-existence of God anymore than I waste it trying to prove the non-existence of other mythological creatures, like unicorns or penguins.
