Not me.
I go out, walk up two flights of stairs - take off my boots, light a fire, start a pot, then turn on the TV and watch the news whilst having my morning coffee and a doughnut or two.
When it gets light - I open up the blackout curtains and wait for the deer to come get breakfast.
Then I shoot them.
Any moron can go out in the woods and be miserable.
So, it's not really 'hunting', is it? More like 'target practice'.

Killing for sport is a pathology. We got a few such nutters on the boats, but they weren't team players and often were medal hunters as well. We packed them off if they survived long enough to be obvious.

I got up 15 minutes after the SO had headed to work - and looked out the living room window...
A doe and two fawns under the yard light -not 100 ft from the house - browsing through the remains of the garden... About all that's left is carrots and squash.
I guess they get sick of soybeans and corn - and like some light for seeing their breakfast.
Brazen little bastards.
