Let's put it this way. If Donald Trump got raped up the ass, while I might get a personal sense of justice from it, I would openly and adamantly aver that he is a victim and a crime was committed against him, for which the perpetrators should swiftly be brought to justice. His politics have nothing to do with how I feel his case should be handled, even though I despise him enough to actually be somewhat happy it happened, I'm sure.

It looks to me she resigned to avoid what Bill Clinton went through. Clinton got burned for lying about it - true enough - but he would have been just as screwed if he had admitted to it.

Why does it look like that to you? They announced the ethics investigation a week ago, she admitted to having a relationship with a campaign staffer, apologized to her constituents, and said she'd cooperate with the probe.

She resigned because of assholes like you, later. Oh..and, you know, that little sex crime thing.
