Jesus' Mission....
#21
RE: Jesus' Mission....
That is weird. We're in America, guys. Chances are 99% of us grew up with some flavor of Christianity. Certainly no one reaches adulthood without knowing who Jesus is, without spending their childhood overly sheltered. I can't even drive through town without going past a handful of churches.

After all, how could anyone read the bible, and not immediately be converted?

Good video to watch, if you want to know how common the Jesus story really is.

Well bless your heart. We'll get the local Lutherans to pray for you at the next hot dish gathering.

That's Catholic Jesus. We only worship Protestant Jesus.

Jesus. You’re mission, if you choose to accept it, is to wander the desert with twelve lunatics spreading misinformation until the Romans torture you to death. This burning bush will self destruct in 5 -...

Where did he go?

Free will can only exist if god doesnt know our future; if god doesnt know our future then god isnt omnipotent. Cool?
If you're frightened of dying, and you're holding on, you'll see devils tearing your life away. But if you've made your peace, then the devils are really angels, freeing you from the Earth.

And people still talk ill of the romans. Sure they crucified people, but they had tremendous orgies. It was when they started listening to fucktards that begun their downfall. Attila couldnt get that far if they were not praying.

But did Jesus actually live free of sin according to Christian theology? I never really thought about that.
