Did you read the scripture, that was how God appeared to Moses, it wasn't just any ordinary old fire.
And a clear violation of the first two laws of thermodynamics. I mean kudos to the bronze-aged priests who managed to get "fire is hot" right but it doesn't exactly go into the laws of thermodynamics as such. Pretty much every tall tale that the Bible tells is a violation of reason and a fistfull of natural laws.

You have to wonder what's going on there because there isn't 40 years worth of desert to get lost in. Did they take the scenic tour of the entire fertile crescent? Detour to the Gobi? Accidentally cross the Berring land bridge?
Or is this just the usual rubbish storytelling that we know and love from scripture?

If energy cannot be created then it had to have always been in existence. We know also that energy can be converted into matter.
Interestingly enough the scripture states there was a source of energy at the beginning for it says that the very essence and being of God is light, and from this light matter was formed. When God finished creation, that was it, nothing else was created from nothing (for lack of a better term), even Adam and Eve were formed from Physical substance.
Is it just coincidence that biblical scripture in noway contradicts the law of thermodynamics?

Dunno, we are constantly being told alot about how the quran having a lot of scientific revelations, all you have to do is tie your balls, then, you can readit like that.

No one was "lost", they weren't allowed to enter the land, because they refused to enter it when they were first given the chance, therefore that generation had to die off to make way for the next generation to enter.
