This reminds me of Piranha 3D. There's a scene where a bunch of drunk teens are on a raft in the middle of the lake, the Sheriff's yelling at them to get out of the water because there's piranhas everywhere, and they just decide to jump in the water, because YOLO I guess. And they're still jumping in even as the water starts turning red.

I wish I could find the relevant section of the film on YouTube, so here's what happens afterward. And one girl around 0:43 (around the top left corner) still jumps in.

Some morons are trying to push the narrative the crisis is over or lock downs don't work because Georgia , Florida and Texas have lowering cases . And places with lockdowns have high rates of infection . The problem with this is . 

1. It's only been a few weeks who knows if those numbers will last 

2. Those states have been accused of fudging numbers to justify reopening 

3. Testing is pathetic in those states 

4. It could take weeks to determine the impact 

5. Gosh states with high rates of infection will be locked down .What a freaking surprise . In other news people were raincoats were it's wet and not in the Nevada desert .

All the news videos of beaches and bars and pools this weekend is frightening. These fucking idiots ae going to go home and spread it to at risk people and or die themselves.

One doctor here likened it to opening a parachute after jumping from a plane, then as you slow down deciding that you don't need the parachute anymore so taking it off...

The bars and beaches and party houses are in full swing. I actually heard this reasoning for attending a pool party at a private home...well, we know all the people that will be there. Okay...do you also know everywhere they have been and everyone they have been in contact with? Go ahead, have fun...it could be your last hurrah. 20 people of all ages packed into a tiny back yard that is mostly pool...except for the bar area, which will see lots of activity.

A visit to the grocery store yesterday had me scratching my head when I saw a woman walking around with gloves on. These weren't first aid type gloves but were the paper thin, worthless gloves that come in boxes of hair coloring. And she was not wearing a mask. I figured she got roughly a D- for effort.

But I had to smile a bit when I heard someone whistling and turned around to see a very tall gentlemen pushing his cart through the store...with a mask on, whistling an upbeat tune.
