Might have something to do with there being few phd respondents. If there were 2, and one was a magat, then you’d see 50% vaccine hesitant.

Regardless, there is no strong negative correlation between education and anti-vaxxer beliefs that meme is implying. I needed certain vaccines (or a legit waiver) to go to graduate school and had to be re-jabbed for MMR before they'd let me in. Covid should absolutely be no different. You can choose to do what you want, but you can't expect no consequences.

The leader of the anti-vaccination movement in Croatia is arguably the PhD biologist Krešimir Pavelić. His arguments make no sense whatsoever (His favorite argument is the now-classic "Many more people died soon after taking the COVID-19 vaccine than after taking any other vaccine, therefore, COVID-19 vaccinations are unsafe."), but, nevertheless... 
^ Sometimes PhD stands for pecker-head. This seems to be a candidate for that reading.
