Happily surprised and pleased that the side effects from the Pfizer booster have been much less than what I experienced with the second shot.
Arm was sore a couple days and I have had a bit of a headache and would be most happy to nap, a lot. But nothing too bad. And Valk was right, I can now pick up Wi-Fi.

Among COVID-19–like illness hospitalizations among adults aged ≥18 years whose previous infection or vaccination occurred 90–179 days earlier, the adjusted odds of laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 among unvaccinated adults with previous SARS-CoV-2 infection were 5.49-fold higher than the odds among fully vaccinated recipients of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine who had no previous documented infection (95% confidence interval = 2.75–10.99).

Tried to set up an appointment online for the booster, but after answering the questions they said I didn't qualify. Proceeded to check the guidelines, which are linked, and I do qualify because I work in Healthcare. But guess which question/qualification wasn't included in the questionnaire? Guess I will need to call them to sort their mess and set an appointment.

Did a rapid test here at work, just to be on the safe side, and it's negative. Just a cold, after all, albeit a nasty one.

Britain on Thursday became the first country in the world to approve a potentially game-changing COVID-19 antiviral pill jointly developed by U.S.-based Merck & Co Inc (MRK.N) and Ridgeback Biotherapeutics, in a boost to the fight against the pandemic.
Britain's Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) recommended the drug, molnupiravir, *Lagevrio* for use in people with mild to moderate COVID-19 and at least one risk factor for developing severe illness, such as obesity, older age diabetes, and heart disease.
