Thanks

Remember to accept that stress is a part of the process. Your body is trying to kill you. It wants those drugs back and it's rattling your cage to try and get you to cave in and return to the road to perdition. I hope your brain wins this fight.

Quitting smoking was easy for me.

After I got hit by the truck i spent 45 days in ICU and then over a year at home in a wheelchair- and nobody would buy me cigarettes... Plus the doc assured me the leg would be lost if I smoked.

Not a method I recommend.

Keep yourself busy, so you dont think about gums. Enjoy some candy without sugar, or fruits, whatever, as long it keeps you busy as well. Distract yourself from thinking about the gums.

Would you feel better about it if you had the gum and decided not to use it?

If i didn't have diabetes , i would have drink fruit juices instead every time i had a craving for a gum .

I have been eating medicines for that , the last test showed 106 reading

Mango juice is my favorite juice

If god had anything to do with it - the truck would have missed. It didn't.

Ergo no god or any other work of fiction had anything to do with it.
