Um no. In the west non fundies have a self preservation mindset that overrides religious leanings. Even with Imperial Japan, and Hitler, Isis has the mindset "at all costs". Indoctrinate enough people en mass, they don't care about the risks.  By Isis logic, it is "all or nothing".  So by their logic a virus should not stop them. Isis, like Hitler and Japan all had the same scorched earth mindset.

Logic should have, for example prevented Hitler from invading Russia. But once you buy and sell a utopian superiority, you can get humans to take risks beyond reason.

"At all costs" is the mindset of Isis, so why a virus would stop them defies their own logic.

I get what you are saying, it is about tactic. But it still defies their own logic.

Right, ‘all or nothing’ to destroy the West. Fighters incapacitated with Coronavirus can’t fight the infidels. Not traveling to virus hotspots isn’t a tactic, it’s a strategy, and is perfectly in line with ISIS thinking.

There’s no irony or illogic in the ISIS travel ban. It makes good military sense.

Nope sorry, I think it totally destroys one's logic of claiming to be fearless if one is willing to blow themselves up, but are afraid of a virus.

Don't get me wrong, if that fear slows them down or prevents them from murdering others, I am glad at some point they become pussies.

No combatant is fearless.  They all fear whatever it is they're fighting, or some consequence of it, or being seen not to fight...more than they fear death. This isn't unique to isis - it's a uniform aspect of conditioning.

As boru points out, how are they supposed to keep fighting if they get sick, if they aren't combat ready. It may be glorious to die setting off a vest - but they have to be able to walk the vest into the target to achieve that glory.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. Yes but the real question is will they hang on the phone to get refunds or just accept future flight vouchers?
