Damn it, I thought this was going to be about food. I actually ate a crocodile hamburger in Australia.

I tried alligator. Cajun style.  It was like a superball in hotsauce.

Cant explain that, sounds like they didn't tenderize it enough. Crock/gator meat is more like brisket. If you don't do it right it can be tough.

The odd thing about my crock burger, is that it wasn't processed like what you would think an American burger would be. I cant even describe it. It was thready, stringy and more like egg fu young. "Burger" in Australia does not mean what it means here.

And when you say "Chicken Wings" in Australia, they mean a large full wing. Not the drumlets or winglets we think of here.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled "Tim The Tool Man Taylor" "Home Improvement" thread already in progress.

Broadway Oyster Bar, 7th and Broadway, the first place I met a coyote in Missouri. He was trying to get into the dumpster. Must have developed a taste for swamp crickets.

The abbreviated form of the word is ‘croc’, not ‘crock’. A crock is an earthenware jar.

It is indeed. It won’t help you at all, but I have absolutely no experience with the piece of equipment you mentioned.

There - back on track and all sorted. Wink
