Because we're talking about all physicality. A physical reality producing all physical reality is a logical contradiction.

1) What do mean when you say producing a physical reality ?

2) Do you believe everything material must have a creator if so, how do you know this ?

The God that I'm describing in this argument would possess an amount of knowledge that is sufficient for producing all things: the universe, multiverse, etc. Also, this God is non-physical. Therefore, there wouldn't be a "thinking" or "thought" process prior to any of His actions.

In order to "have an amount of knowledge" the "being" must have had some experience, a way to gain that knowledge, a way to process that knowledge and experience time for all of those aspects.

We know of one way those attributes can be attained and that is to exist in a physical universe and experience time with interactions with other agencies and indeed to be able to process it would have had to have evolved from a lesser being that had less ability to process information....

And where did god get all the stuff?
How did it do it?

Sure you can make up a description of a god and describe it in anyway you want, where you fail is connecting a god in any necessary way to these things.

Because nothing is NOT anything. It's a logical contradiction to say not anything possesses properties.

Yes I know childhood indoctrination is a powerful thing but transubstantiation? The triune god? Three day old petrifying corpses being brought back to life?

The great mystery to me is how did homo sapiens make it this far with so many monkeys on our backs.

I think because world is so tragic and depressing that people often embrace nightmare scenarios of afterlife torture and other magical stuff just to keep on living and dont kill themselves or binge drink.
