And if a judicial system notices that a certain segment of the population is disproportionately committing more of a particular crime, like selling drugs, then they'll hand out harsher sentences to members of these populations who commit these particular crimes as a crime determent.

This has nothing to do with race. It's just logic. The problem is liberals are more interested in emotions, feelings, and optics rather than truth, logic, and evidence.

There is no quantifiable increase in criminality based on race.  This is a long standing ethnic stereotype used to excuse blatant institutional racism.

It's true that "a certain segment" of the population is disproportionately picked up, prosecuted, imprisoned, etc. This isn't proof that they are in fact doing more crime. It may well mean that the system is less likely to give them a break, or a policeman is more likely to make certain judgments. 

If there is racism, then black people will be arrested more and will show up in the statistics as disproportionately criminal. So to show that black people actually do commit more crime, you'd have to show that there's no racism. 

The biggest crimes in recent years have been committed by bankers who got away with it. These were disproportionately white.

And for the record, I don't consider myself a liberal. I am left wing. These days US liberals (Clinton, Biden, et.al.) are not left wing in the least.

So let's get something straight here. In what little spare time is left to me, I volunteer on a support line for transgender teens and their friends and families. Now, it is so extreme that there is a support team for those of us manning the phones, just for us. Because it is so fucked up.

Want to know what the common denominator is among the majority of callers? Religious freaks like you abusing them. And I am not talking just the transgender teens themselves. Their parents get the abuse too, as do siblings, aunts uncles, cousins, friends, I even had one case of a postman. The fucking postman. Yeah, because a disproportionate number of black people are unsuccessful in life and commit more crimes than other segments of the population. So when a cop sees a black guy driving around in an expensive car, they rightly assume it was stolen or the guy is some huge drug dealer.
