John Bolton Is A Bum

The impeachment was doomed to fail from the beginning, there was never going to be enough bipartisan support. I'm not going to bad mouth Bolton for not participating then and coming out now to hopefully impact the election (and make a buck).

He had a duty then, as now - the likelihood of success doesn't change that.
That's not why he went along with the admin and told oversight to fuck off anyway. He had his own wishlist of things that were important to him. He was willing to trade this, for that. He got what he wanted and noped out, and now he plans to make coin on having sold out his country. It's a good thing that cooler heads (usually) prevail here, because I think he deserves to meet a firing squad.

As I said elsewhere my best guess is that he refused to testify because the Trump org dangled backsheesh in fron of him and is only publishing his book because they didn't pay up. Shows the stupidity of Bolton if I'm right, in expecting Trump to pay for anything.
