You can DIY the test. A simple lab microscope at 400x and a pair of glass slides is all that's needed. And your donation of course...

Lol... It is not in the least complex...
You could probably borrow a microscope or buy a cheap one. (Probably for less money than a DRs visit)
Simply put the sample between two glass slides and train the light through the scope and focus...
Easy peasy....

Still, I think about how you must love this woman you've made a stable life with. I imagine all of the things you love her for.....and I wonder what about that changes if she stepped out....to have a kid.
I'm not guaranteeing that this is what happened (though I think it's almost certain, if so), but your suspicions that it did is why you made these posts, is it not? Is that not what you're grappling with? Is that not why you shared?
