I can't "accept" the Christian God any more than you can "accept" Zeus, Thor, Mithras, Aphrodite, Ganesh, Shiva, etc etc etc etc etc
Notable differences between the Lord GOD Yahweh (there is only one GOD), and the made-up and copy-cat like idols from mythology, etc are that "since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen" (Romans 1:20), and He declares repeatedly in the entire Bible that there is no GOD but Him, and that He made all things; every prophecy therein fulfilled in history before our eyes.
To summarily dismiss these things is a great disservice to oneself, because in the end, we must all face reality.
Also, I concur with "Prycejosh1987" in part - Not believing is dangerous enough, but to add to it by trying to demean GOD? Mankind, but for GOD's justification of them through His Self-sacrifice, will give an account of every idle word. (Matthew 12:36).

In what way are any other mythologies made up or copy cat that your own mythology is not, and what does anything about your mythology have to do with facing reality?

What evidence do you have that your god is the "real" one? (a 2000 year old book of mytha and stories is not evidence)
