A positive identity for atheists - Crusading Faithful Atheism
Been working on this for a while and recently posted it as a facebook page. There're about 3000 words of explanatory text for the "5 Laws of CFA" and why CFA at all. The "sex" bit is largely an attempt to appease/nullify the appeal of Islam/prevent terrorism and the oppression of women etc, not prudishness, just to nip that one in the bud. Enjoy, criticise, applaud, question - post your thoughts AF!

Why not humanism, if you're looking for something positive?
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

Too vague and expansive, too many half affirmed "rules" - basically too dilute to be salient, IMO.

Nope, just nope.

Trying to give my lack of god belief an agenda ain't gonna fly.

Any particular reason we’re co-opting the name of an aggregate of atrocities for our own purposes?

But they're such worthwhile agenda items:

Laws 1+2 = anti-theism, pro-atheism
Law 3 = anti-materialism/dog eat dog capitalism/environmental destruction, pro-human relations/egalitarianism/sustainability
Law 4 = pro fidelity, anti infidelity
Law 5 = anti-racism

1. I don't need to be a member for my lack of belief.
2. I'll choose my own response to the question based on the current situation.
3. None of those have anything to do with my lack of belief.
4. Again, nothing to do with lack of belief. Why are you trying to control sexual relationships?
5. I'm not a racist (that I know of) but racism has nothing to do with lack of belief.

I'll pick and choose my own agendas and remain an atheist.

I assume this is a joke. The use of the word "faith" so prominently is very theist.

Atheists agree on one thing and one thing only - there is/are no god or gods. Period, end of story.

Do you really think people are going to follow these rulez? And if so, why would you think so?

One of the grand things about not being shackled by religious belief is the ability to not have my language and moral behaviour controlled by other people.

CFA seems to want to put those shackles in place. Not interested.
