Human—noun or adjective? (Hint: Neo used a noun).

"The unborn are human from conception."

Irrelevant. His argument relies on us assuming "potential human being." Claiming they are human matters no more than claiming tumors are human. He has shifted the goal posts and you have argued in bad faith (arguing semantics and not the point). About what I expect from either of you.

Regardless, even with his claim being a poorly worded claim that they are potential human beings, that still clarifies nothing since cloning, while far from perfected, is certainly possible. With that technology in mind, we commit holocausts of "potential human beings" every time we scratch our nuts.

You've compared zygotes to toenails. That places you at a serious intellectual disadvantage. Your arguments would improve greatly if you distanced yourself from false equivalencies.

I wanted to raise chickens in my back yard, so I thought I should buy some fertilized chicken eggs to get started.

The guy at the chicken store told me I'd get the same results if I just bought a bunch of molted feathers, though, and they were cheaper.

I'm not sure why the farm hasn't worked out.

And what's so dangerous about the idea of an afterlife? Actually, it's more dangerous to think that there is none, that the likes of Hitler will go unpunished. Materialism is the backbone of all fascist and communist ideologies, which are responsible for two world wars... so far.

Um..... not really. Just to be clear, a wart is the result of a virus infecting human epithelial cell(s). At best they are a symbiotic mix.

Sorry if not timely, please carry on.

Fair enough, and accurate. It still doesn't nullify the point. No one argues the ethics of removing a skin tag despite the thousands of "potential humans" humans being destroyed.
