No, it's not the same because one is regarding something that is yours (Your body and your control over it) the other is regarding something that someone else's (Their money) The permanence or impermanence of abortion or money is a nonissue.

In most cases, abortion isn't a vasectomy. The woman can still get pregnant again, if she so chooses.

You guys don't care how it affects or impacts the woman; you care about the ideology. You would maintain your position in the absence of any impact, and even in the presence of harm, as Helios demonstrates:
