The world would collapse if we abandoned idiots during a pandemic, and, frankly, that's the entire point of public health - that someone who actually knows something is helping people who either don't or can't.

I think that has merit. Far worse in some ways is that some countries are easing restrictions by banning the unvaccinated from a whole bunch of venues, such as restaurants, pubs, clubs, concerts and sporting events.
Be fascinated to see how long it takes for there to be blood on the ground with some anti vaccination morons bussed to some remote location and left there. (perhaps a bit extreme to simply shoot them)

I’m more than ok with society creating institutions to help people who can’t or won’t help themselves, but I do think a line needs to be drawn to exclude those people who are actively working to damage that society. You know - Nazis, white supremacists, anti-vaxxers, people trying to bring back disco, etc.

We're in the realm of the public good.
The question arises of to what extent a government can or should protect people against themselves.
It's a complex question. However, there are times a government must act for the common good. Imo, when your country is attacked by another country*** and pandemics are two of those times.

Singapore government has announced that its health system will no longer pay the medical costs of the unvaccinated by choice.
Singapore's government has been covering the medical bills of COVID-19 patients throughout the pandemic. But it says unvaccinated people will soon be on their own.
Those who are "unvaccinated by choice" will have to start paying for their own COVID-19 treatment starting Dec. 8, announced on Monday, citing the strain they are putting on the nation's health care system.

What should one do when confronted by a pair (mail and female) of one eyebrow, no neck, mouth breathing troglodytes at the shopping centre not wearing mandated masks? A pair in the Chemist's yesterday when I went in to pick up my Webster pack. What I actually did was stay as far way from them and possible. Did I mentioned they were both huge and looked menacing, especially the woman?
