RE: Noteworthy News
Europe has been lax on its own security, given that they had the guarantee that the mighty US military would come to help with NATO.
Now that the US's President is saying he won't help, a sort of European NATO is required and, for that to make sense, European countries need to step up on their own military spending. I just hope that they don't decide to buy armament from American companies... that would jsut be another shot in the foot.

Of course, Europe doesn't really need to spend that much, jsut enough to renew the stock that was spent going to Ukraine.
Also, if the boogeyman is Russia, we're talking about 130M people vs 600M. However, if the boogeyman is the whole Middle-East, then things are more balanced.
I wonder what would happen in terms of population migration under a scenario of war in Europe, after decades of migration from Africa and the middle east into Europe due to conflicts there.

They wont. You might want to check the stock value of Rheinmetall or Leonardo, especially related to events wrt Ukraine/USA/NATO.

I, for one, am glad we always elect the very best to govern.

If I'm up on current events (doubtful), the MN state senate was tied 67-67 between the Democrats and the Republicans, with one Democratic seat facing a potential challenge due to it being a razor thin win in an election where some votes went missing. I haven't seen anything concrete on this, but with Eichorn's resignation, that should tip the body Democrat.

Joe Rogan would ‘rather go to Russia’ than work at UFC event in Canada

Joe Rogan has said he will not be working at UFC 315 in May, as he would “rather go to Russia” than Canada, where the event will play out.

UFC 315 is scheduled for 10 May at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, and given the fight card’s status as a pay-per-view event, many fans expected Rogan to be on commentary duties for the UFC.

However, the American has played down the idea. Speaking on his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience on Saturday, the 57-year-old said: “I won’t be there. I don’t go to Canada anymore, I don’t. I’d rather go to Russia.”

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Then go to Russia, Joe, and suck Steven Seagull's dick while you're there.
