That's behind a paywall.
Who is Aileen Cannon, the judge assigned to Trump’s classified documents case? (msn.com)
Aileen M. Cannon, the federal judge in Florida who has been initially assigned to oversee the criminal case against former president Donald Trump over alleged obstruction and mishandling of classified documents, is a former prosecutor whose profile soared last year when she in the Justice Department’s investigation of the case.

A judge is not 'recused' by another court. Cannon can either recuse herself, or prosecutors can ask that she do so. If she declines, the prosecutors can appeal to another (circuit?) court to disqualify her, but such a disqualification is not a recusal.

It’s possible, but bear in mind that the Southern District of Florida has a roughly 95% conviction rate. And it’s not at all certain that Cannon is going to be the presiding judge when this goes to trial.

Not only that, but this appears to be a slam dunk, unless some shitty miracle occurs and literally all of the evidence is thrown out.

I'm sure some other state will be the first to ban any bans on book bans.
