HBO Max will turn a UFO book from the year 2010 by investigative reporter Leslie Kean into a movie.

Recent coverage by The New York Times, The New Yorker, The Washington Post, Politico, Fox News and CNN have brought the U.S. Defense Department’s long secret UFO program into the public eye.

It is strange that they talk about U.S. Defense Department’s UFO program and this book because this book "UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the Record" does not deal with the US Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials, but those of other countries like Brazil and Chile.

And I do remember this reporter going around back in the day to promote this book on TV where she was mostly ridiculed by TV hosts (those were the days).

Like, Leslie Kean is such a "sharp" reporter that I remember she once claimed how bugs flying around her camera were not just alien spaceships but the best evidence for alien spaceships visiting Earth.

The battle taking place in a federal courthouse in Colorado centers on Corey Goode, a UFO promoter and self-proclaimed deep-space traveler who consorts with benevolent aliens, and his former employer, Gaia, a publicly traded streaming platform whose videos blend yoga instruction with stories about “deep state” villains and benevolent aliens.

After leaving his Gaia show in 2018, Goode engaged in a long-running feud with the company. In March 2020, Goode sued Gaia, alleging that the company had engaged in an elaborate conspiracy against him. On Monday, Gaia filed a countersuit, accusing Goode of defamation and concocting various schemes to sabotage the company.

Much of the lawsuit centers on who has the right to talk about a bird-like species of alien called “Blue Avians,” as well as a covert space agency that are, in Goode’s telling, both supposed to be real things.
That’s because Goode doesn’t just talk about aliens—he claims to have met them. In his telling, Goode was hired as an “empath” when he was 6 years old to join a group called the “Secret Space Program” on a 20-year contract dubbed “20 and Back,” in which he met friendly Blue Avians. Indeed, Goode claims that he has a close connection with the aliens, saying on his website he’s a member of the “Blue Avian soul group” brought to Earth to “help with planetary ascension.”

Magazines and newspapers have UFO articles, and they allege that the topic is now worth discussing because "60 Minutes" did a story. Now, spread across multiple media, reinforcement occurs. They are all regurgitating the same debunked videos: the triangles, and the debunked b/w blurry blobs.

Nothing has been debunked. These things have been caught on radar moving at seemingly impossible speeds. You show how naive you are by saying that all the evidence they have is a couple of blurry videos. 99 percent of the evidence that they have has not been released. Harry Reid basically said as much, and senators are taking this extremely seriously. The navy has observed these things day after day for hours and hours, but you think you've got it all figured out because a 15 second clip wasn't impressive enough for you, so you've decided the navy must be mistaking birds for objects going hundreds or thousands of miles an hour and maneuvering in incredible ways, and being caught on radar, and being witnessed by whole groups of people, being described at times as fleets.

I didn't take the UAP subject seriously either, and I made fun of it too, until a few years ago when this stuff really started blowing up in the news. You can't look past your bias and see the paradigm shift happening. Strange things are going on out there. I'm not saying it's aliens, but it's something, and that something is not birds, airplanes, or swamp gas. You're being intellectually dishonest by taking a couple of short clips and acting like that is everything there is, while you ignore all context surrounding those clips, and things like radar, etc.

The truth is that people who believe claims how pilots see alien spaceships every day are naive. If you believe it so much, then hire an airplane, go up there and get some real good photos of alien spaceships for a change. Maybe you can also make a 1st contact. That would definitely assure you a Nobel Prize and the rest of accolades.

Just the opposite, when you look at the cockpit data you can get a very mundane explanation.

Like take this two: left is the IR glare from a jet engine but at right is a "flying saucer".The difference in appearance none. The rotation comes from the gimbal system (hence the filename).
