Tucker Carlson unveils off-the-wall conspiracy theory about the origin of nuclear weapons
In a video that's getting attention on X, Carlson, a former ally of President Donald Trump, said that he doesn't believe that atomic weapons were created by humans.
"Let me just indulge my theory, which I can't control myself from talking about," Carlson said in a clip from his "Tucker Carlson Show" that was carried by Insider Paper.
He said, "I think nuclear weapons, which I don't think were created by people. Sorry. I don't care how many movies they make about it."
Carlson said he'd never seen the Oscar-winning film "Oppenheimer," which details how scientists created the atomic bomb during World War II.
He said: "Wouldn't watch that crap. Wouldn't let that into my head for one second anyway, because it's all lies. But anyway, sorry, now I'm getting really crazy."
Carlson went on to say: "What I'm saying is true. I think once man possessed the power or believed he possessed the power to destroy everything that's alive, I think that he rejected God."
He said: "And like, everything changed after that. People became convinced they were gods. And that's when the true craziness started. It's not the '60s, … or the, you know, Obama years or whatever you want era. It's like post-nuclear weapons. That's what I believe."

I doubt he actually believes this nonsense. More likely, he's testing his ability to manipulate the stupid.
Half the population is on the left side of the bell curve. If you can learn to control the minds of these simpletons the way Trump has, you gain quite a bit of power.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Dolly Parton’s death has conspiracy theorists, fans battling on X: ‘Sick in the head’
In a corner of Elon Musk's X the conspiracy theorists pounced on Parton's death.
What could they have possibly pointed to?
Parton was an advocate for the COVID-19 vaccine and even though there is no evidence that it contributed to her death, this did not stop the churn on social media.
"Was Dolly Parton yet another Covid vaccine victim?" radio host Wayne Allyn Root wrote. "She took the vaxx on TV. She changed name of her hit song 'Jolene Jolene' to 'Vaccine, Vaccine.' She encouraged fans to get it. Now she's dead of cancer. We'll never know."
Root added that he knew that people died of cancer and that people died at the age of 80 "long before the Covid vaccine." But he then claimed, without providing evidence, that the COVID vaccine "causes turbo cancer."
"This sounds like another case of 'turbo cancer,'" he wrote. "RIP Dolly."
"Yeah, I wonder how she got that?" Bethany O'Leary wrote on X in reference to the report that Parton died from cancer. "Could it be the Covid vaccine? Horrific … This is happening to so many people (now). Several that I know personally."
"Reminder: Dolly Parton helped fund the Moderna vaccine for COVID," Kyle Griffin wrote on X.
"Covid vaccine killed Dolly Parton," Vance Murphy wrote on X. "FYI."
"Remember when Dolly Parton recorded herself taking the Moderna COVID vaccine that she helped to fund, and urging everyone to take it?" Debra Marshall Wayman ultra maga wrote on X. "She even changed the lyrics to 'Jolene,' to 'Vaccine, Vaccine.'
"I wonder if that hastened her death? Don't ever forget this."
"It's being reported that Dolly died from a 'Brief battle with cancer,'" Harry Fisher wrote on X. "Brief meaning 'of short duration.' Some might call it 'Turbo.' God bless."

Navy boss says lost city of Atlantis likely found after scans reveal secret site
The lost city of Atlantis could be hidden beneath an undisclosed stretch of the Atlantic Ocean, a retired US Navy admiral has claimed.
Tim Gallaudet said he is working with researchers who believe detailed maps of the seabed contain features matching the legendary civilization’s ancient description.
‘We believe we found the region in the Atlantic. We have some proprietary bathymetry [underwater topography], and it’s very high resolution,' Gallaudet told Jesse Michels on the American Alchemy podcast. 'There are a lot of features that correspond to exactly how Plato described it.'
He said a well-funded researcher with a ship and a remotely operated underwater vehicle had expressed interest in hearing the team’s proposal.
But the location remains secret, with Gallaudet citing a nondisclosure agreement that prevents him from revealing the site.
Gallaudet previously led the Navy’s oceanography work and served as acting administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and testified before Congress in November 2024 about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).
He had hinted at an underwater investigation in an August 2025 appearance on the Danny Jones podcast, saying: ‘We actually have a special project I can’t talk about.’
He described plans to map an ancient underwater site, examine it with a remotely operated vehicle and try to date it, but did not identify the location.
