It is generally agreed that I make far better fried chicken - with a hard, crisp batter and tender, moist white meat- than any chain chicken place....( boneless)

If that sounds like bragging - well duh... It is....


But very few who have tried it begrudge my bragging....

I used to, but the grease gets to me now, and aggravates my GERD. KFC is a big offender for me in that regard. I can braise chicken at home, with far less salt and so forth on it.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

BTW, is that deep fried or pan fried?  Either way, I'm game!
