I'm not really sure what to do with this notion other than encourage it, as you could only be insisting that what god meant to explain was a black hole...but somehow managed to consistently fuck it up like a common know nothing. Near a black hole, the slowing of time is extreme. From the viewpoint of an observer outside the black hole, time stops. For example, an object falling into the hole would appear frozen in time at the edge of the hole.

As with singularities, this derivation simply indicates that a quantum theory of gravity is needed; all physicists and mathematicians know this, of course, for the last two generations and beyond. It's not even a common topic while sipping the morning coffee in the faculty lounge.

In all of magic books descriptions of hell, you glommed onto a single sentence about not living or dying, decided that was time stopping, and then..glommed onto a single sentence about black holes, likewise ignoring everything else you might easily find..even things you obviously -did- find..like that full quote, just like you did with your own magic book.
