"...political issues on the US..."

...caused, in a big part, by Russian interference.

There was a "guest essay" today in the New York Times urging the US to increase arms funding to Ukraine.

The Times failed to mention that the organization which employs the author of the essay is funded by Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and BAE Systems. This is typical.

Russia IS the boogeyman. Why?

Because Russia invaded Ukraine. Russia invaded Ukraine. Russia invaded Ukraine. Russia invaded Ukraine.

It’s really just that, nothing else.

You can't be portrayed as the boogeyman when you are the boogeyman. In fact that's far to polite a term to use for Putin.

US has no political issues = Russia invading other countries is ok?
Invading other countries under any pretext can be ok?
Is that what this moron is trying to say? Someone please enlighten me. Hilarious

So, who's funding you to shill?

I'd love to see us send more and better arms to Ukraine ... and I don't work for any defense contractors.

Apparently, Americans are too stupid to think of more than one thing at a time.

Declaring the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR, respectively), armed Russian-backed separatist groups seized government buildings throughout the Donbas

Right, and this justifies the continued bombing of civilian areas. But as you say, hey, that's just how it goes.

Yes, seizing government buildings, declaring yourself a sovereign entity, and declaring war against the state you just did that all in justifies a military response.  This may surprise some americans, given our own recent experience. OFC, that's all moot now, as russia gave up even the pretense of any popular uprising of independent states.

There is no ukraine, no such thing as a ukranian, let alone ukranian history or language or culture.  Only russia forever...and, apparently, forever getting smaller waging a war against itself.
