The girl's condition neither falls under an existing medical condition that is immediately life-threatening nor is a medical condition that would result in impairment. At least no more so than a million other factors (like being above 35 or African American ) would fall under.
To further reinforce this earlier comment on why the 10 year old in question would get exemption. I point out that pregnancies by 10 year olds are tragically not rare with several a year being reported in the US.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

This is just going to keep happening.

"Two sisters, ages 10 and 13, were impregnated during rapes by the same perpetrator, authorities said."

The younger one was able to get an abortion. The older one had to travel.

This is what extremist law does.

19-year-old turns Gaetz insult into $115K abortion rights fundraiser

Days after being publicly insulted by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) on Twitter, Olivia Julianna, a 19-year-old abortion rights advocate, wrote him a tongue-in-cheek thank-you note on the platform.

“Dear Matt, Although your intentions were hateful, your public shaming of my appearance has done nothing but benefit me,” she wrote after his tweet about her spurred a load of harassment — as well as a flood of donations to her reproductive rights advocacy organization.

In just about a day, she’s helped raise approximately $115,000 for the nonprofit Gen Z for Change.

At a rally last weekend in Tampa, Gaetz had mocked abortion rights activists, calling them “disgusting” and overweight. Olivia Julianna, who uses her first name and middle name publicly because of privacy concerns, criticized the remarks on Twitter, noting the sex-trafficking allegations against Gaetz. In apparent retaliation, Gaetz then tweeted an image of her next to a news story that mentioned his comments from the rally.

That Gaetz tweet has been retweeted hundreds of times since and has triggered online attacks against the teen.

In response, Olivia Julianna announced a fundraising campaign on behalf of Gen Z for Change, a 500-person youth-led group that says it seeks to create tangible change on “issues that disproportionately affect young people” and supports abortion rights.

Gaetz was asked by a reporter whether he believed that women who attended abortion rights rallies were “ugly and overweight,” and he doubled down on his comments. When asked what he had to say to people who were offended by those comments, he said: “Be offended.”

The donations will be split among 50 abortion funds, with the goal of widening access to abortion services, birth control, contraceptives, among other reproductive health-care services, she said.

Olivia Julianna grew up as a queer Latina in a small conservative rural Texas community. “I’ve been mocked, ridiculed and harassed for most of my life. I will not tolerate that kind of behavior anymore,” she said.

Ireland has found an interesting solution against insane Christians

Quote:Prison and fines for anti-abortion activists found within 100m of hospitals and surgeries under new safe access zone legislation

Anti-abortion activists found staging protests less than 100m from hospitals and GP surgeries will face jail sentences, fines or a combination of both under new legislation.

Safe-access zones will be put in place across all medical facilities able to provide abortions.

Zones measuring 100m will be introduced around all hospitals, all GP practices and Wellwoman or Irish Family Planning Association services.

Recent figures show that one in seven women who tried to access a termination was met with an anti-abortion protest outside their medical facility.

Cabinet ministers will today sign off on new laws that will ban any activity that seeks to influence the decision of women seeking abortions within these zones.

The new laws will cover silent protests and prevent people using praying or holding signs to trying to advise or persuade women not to access abortion services.

This would cover the type of protests that took place outside the National Maternity Hospital where small white crosses and coffins were displayed.

In the US, women are harassed and tricked by these motherfuckers to the point where they need escorts and it's perfectly legal.

People really need to protest against these laws

Quote:‘They’re Just Going to Let Me Die?’ One Woman’s Abortion Odyssey

Madison Underwood was thrilled to learn she was pregnant. But when a rare defect in the developing fetus threatened her life, she was thrust into post-Roe chaos.

Just two weeks earlier, she and her fiancé had learned her fetus had a condition that would not allow it to survive outside the womb. If she tried to carry to term, she could become critically ill, or even die, her doctor had said. Now, she was being told she couldn’t have an abortion she didn’t even want, but needed.

Tennessee allows abortion if a woman’s life is in danger, but doctors feared making those decisions too soon and facing prosecution. Across the country, the legal landscape was shifting so quickly, some abortion clinics turned patients away before the laws officially took effect or while legal battles played out in state courts.

How would her fiancé get the time off work to make the trip? How would they come up with hotel and gas money? How long did she have until she herself became ill?

Her parents and grandparents, who oppose abortion, took it as a sign to reconsider. They had prayed for God to stop the abortion if it wasn’t supposed to happen, and when it didn’t, they were convinced she should try to carry the pregnancy to term.

They raised $5,250 to help with travel costs from the crowd funding website GoFundMe. The cash would also help pay for the fetus’s cremation.

Two cars left Pikeville at 2 a.m. in early July for a four-hour drive across state lines and time zones to make the 8 a.m. appointment at an abortion clinic in Georgia. Ms. Underwood, Mr. Queen and his mother were in one car; Ms. Underwood’s parents and one of her brothers followed.

The Georgia clinic’s staff warned the family about protesters outside. As they pulled into the parking lot, they drove by a man with signs showing dead fetuses.
“Are all of you OK with killing babies?” he shouted into a megaphone.

He approached Ms. Underwood’s parents’ car, and her mother rolled down the window.

“We’re on the same side of this as you,” her mother said. “We don’t support abortion, but the doctors said our baby is going to die.”

“You trust doctors more than God?” he replied.
