Even at $3, gas in Texas is insanely cheap.

It has since gone up to $3.59. Still better than the coasts, but it will be pushing inflation. And we have learned the last five years, inflation can be stubborn. I think issue is really going to harm Republican chances in November.

According to the coterie of billionaires jostling to see who can get their head farthest up Trump’s arsehole, you bear the sacrifice joyfully.

Their "we" clearly doesn't include me. If they haven't learnt from history, they will soon learn from events.

If they didn't learn from history they will not learn from events. Some people are simply impregnable to facts, content in living in world of their delusions.

Basic one I would say. I simply happen to see how far righters behave in the wild as I work with such clowns. From my pov it is sufficient to read daily spread of news to see that facts stopped to matter for millions of people.

Pentagon Pete Is A Prick
Quote:Cameras captured the Defense Secretary saluted the unidentified service member, as well as Commander Admiral Cooper, but he failed to salute Master Chief Compton, who is Black, and Master Chief Ford, who is white.
However, it wasn’t immediately obvious in a video of the meeting that the men’s ranks didn’t require a salute before it made the rounds on social media, and it looks like Hegseth deliberately didn’t salute Master Chief Compton.
