It's true, child marriage is never directly dealt with in magic book.  Opportunities missed, I guess, but then again..what was god going to say about it when his favorite and bestest boy, example to all men, was fucking a little girl?

That’s not exactly right. Almost all ancient societies viewed sex with a child who hadn’t reached puberty as a crime (or, at the very least, seriously frowned upon). Someone  who had reached puberty - male or female - was considered an adult.

Almost all sources claim that Muhammad and Aisha were married when she was six and the marriage wasn’t consummated until she was nine. While it isn’t common for a female to achieve menarche at that age, it’s not impossible. In 7th century Arabic societies, married sex with a post-pubescent nine year old girl wouldn’t have raised any eyebrows. It’s anathema to us, of course, because we live in a different society.

In fact, the three years gap between marriage and consummation is a pretty good indication that Muhammad was waiting for the girl to reach puberty (in other words, to become an adult).

I do not know who has entered the law in Islam; But Imam Khomeini wrote in the book of Islamic Shari'ah that you can marry infant and infant can be tafkhiz.
Tafkhiz is all sexy actions that are performed before entering.

Imam Khomeini says that if a man hurts his wife's vulva, who is infant or child, he should give to her (price of 1000 sheep or 100 camels) for restitution and sex with that wife  will be forbiden, but he must keep that wife  for the rest of her life.

If infant/child is slave restitution is half.
