It just puzzles me.

The queen's casket doubles as a slow cooker. They just keep it on the keep warm setting to discourage the growth of bacteria.

As far as I'm concerned, when I die (and I will die - I won't "pass away") they can take whatever bits they want for transplant or research, the rest can go for cat food

At this point, I’m thinking something like this.
And by “something like this”, since neither James Gunn nor the many people with access to the decades of Marvel lore have made clear what’s actually supposed to be happening beyond the Ravagers finally accepting Yondu back into the fold, I’m assuming that they cremated his body and put the ashes into those fireworks.
