There isn't infinitely more concern for criminals than for victims. There's little concern for victims and even less for offenders (when the two groups are even disparate.....us is knocking again).
But can you really maintain that concern is a genuine issue for you, as you advocate for showing anyone even less conern than whatever concern they're already shown?

At no point in this thread have I been talking about race. I've been talking about voting-- speficially that incarcerated felons, having shown that they're not willing to accept the responsibilities of the social contract, shouldn't be allowed a vote in the management of the society.
Saying, "Well, incarcerated felons are largely black, therefore that's a racist principle" is bullshit. If they were 100% white, I'd hold the same opinion.

if by "lose it," you mean murder others while expecting ongoing privileges enjoyed by law-abiding citizens, like liberty or the right to participate in elections, then I'd disagree with that.

You do realize that laws and rights aren't just for law abiders..I presume? Think it through. If laws and rights don't apply to lawbreakers...on what basis are we trying and jailing them, again?

Trials aren't carried out by police.
