Since existence is not a predicate, it stands to reason you have no control over when you are born, since there is no "you" until birth.

It works the other way as well.  You don't "pass away".  When you die there is no longer a "you" to talk about.  There is a body, and survivors, and an estate.

Actually, I can control time, I can slow it down. I just need a waiting room and magazines a year out of date and I can turn 20 minutes into what feels like 2 hours

That's not at all true. Approaching 60, I am entering one of the most vibrant periods of my life. Admittedly, 40 years of chronic depression dimmed much of the rest, but you're never too old.
