On topic:
If it's this Moron:
he should be pre-banned.
(Bold mine)
That was it, but that was enough.

Was just curious, and yes it was more than enough.

I have seen forums become overrun with morons. It happened to my favorite sports and musician boards. Look at the "moron" to "somewhat-intelligent" ratios of social media platforms in general. The internet was better when you had to have half a brain to log on. One the other hand, engineering forums are bland, repetitive, and there, I'm the moron. It's tough to balance.

I don’t know about life blood. But I do think crushed morons form the slick substance that lubricates a good deal of the actions here.
but fortunately morons are an infinitely renewable natural resource.

Back when Amazon had discussion forums, the Atheist Forum had a small group of regular posters who did everything they could to be unwelcoming to Christians. They could be really nasty.
Eventually they drove off everybody who didn't agree with them exactly.
Within a week they were discussing how to invite some Christians onto the forum so they'd have somebody to talk to.

To be absolutely clear, Rootkit was not banned for being a moron. He had three successful years here and was moron-ing from Day 1. If we had voting for Moron of The Month, Root would have been a major contender every time. He didn’t just embrace his monronity, he reveled in it. Had he not tried to pass himself off as a member of staff, he’d still be here right now, being a moron for Allah.

Where, in Angrboda's post, does she specify Christians?

I think he was just expanding on the topic, like I hinted at regarding trolls. I can only speak for myself, but I think a lot of good contributors were lost when that group of theists left end masse.

It reads more to me as though morons=Christians, which is not the case with most of the people here.
I don't think I was here very often for the mass exodus of theists. I am not familiar with what led up to that.

In that one particular example, the dynamic on the forum had been atheists vs. Christians.
I suppose if there had been Muslims or Mormons the thing would have gone about the same.
The point is just that when there is full agreement, people don't seem to have a lot to talk about.

Tell me why Christians seek out and join an atheist forum?
We often see conversion attempts and apologetics. Some claim to want to learn only to reveal that their real reason is conversion and apologetics.
If you are a car guy, do you go looking for a knitting forum?
I suppose you could be a knitting gear head because there is not conflict there, but you really can't be theist and atheist at the same time.
