Ha ha, jk. A thermal camera would almost certainly fail to get the most interesting part of Huggy's life. Snakes don't show up on thermal cameras, so you can't make a man-snake sex tape with it.

Yes I’ve met 2 and they both perfectly met expectations and were delightful.

I could probably write a book about everyone I've met online. I spent my mid to late twenties and early thirties using online dating. I have met very very very strange people. I wouldn't even mind telling every story (or what I can remember of them) it would be fun to jog my memory back to those days but I wouldn't be able to talk about most of it on the main forum.
I will say though that my experience was overall very good. Considering the amount of times I've been pretty much at the mercy of whoever it is I'm meeting sometimes. Especially if I was staying at theirs, it's far from home or I'm relying on them for transport or something.
I've probably met over 50 people from online, and in regards to if they were like I thought they would be, looks/ personality wise I'd say it's worked every way for me. Sometimes it's been as expected, sometimes way better, sometimes way worse.

Sure, met up with a couple of friends, also had semi-LTRs with gals whom I'd met online and then in person.

A long time ago, on an Atheist forum far away, I, a person with the handle DHL and another with the handle Banjo all organised a meet-up when one of them made it to our fair city.
It was a wonderful night, much fun and sharing of tales.

Online dating, which has been referenced in previous posts, is very different from online buddying. For one, the very reason to type the message is to online buddy or "baptize junior," as I used to tell the gals on Christian Singles.
Making friends through ideas we write and send, to the point we decide to get together and talk in person, may be the best thing that has come from this or any media. It's seriously cool. Almost letter in the mail cool.
