Let's be honest and look at it from a biological POV: this act isn't natural and is only practiced in the animal kingdom when the opposite sex isn't there for long periods.

There is no "gay" animal. But an animal who "screwed" the same gender because there was no opposite gender there.

You look away for a bit and come back to the notion that..when a female at birth says they like girls...and later transitions to male...still liking girls...something about their sexual preferences has changed.  Not sure that's the gotcha our long lost friend believes it is, but go off!

We were not talking about sexual preference since that term is now considered homophobic; we were talking about sexual orientation which does cause incoherency if you truly believe Elliot Page was once a lesbian but is now a male who likes women.

So, pre-transition, Page was sexually oriented towards women. Post-transition, Page is sexually oriented towards women.

Orientation has two components: the object and the subject.  If you change the subject then you still change the orientation.  A lesbian and a straight male are both attracted towards women but are said to have different sexual orientations.

Pre 2014- Woman oriented towards Men= Straight
2014-2020 Woman oriented towards women= Lesbian/Gay
2020-Present Man oriented towards Women = Straight
