(call me jaded.) Every time something like this happens ( http://www.kentucky.com/2011/04/07/16987...ullet.html ) every theist I know says that is a miracle and proves god is real. When it comes to me I see the science behind the action.(I see it as a freak accident nothing more or less.)
I do not think it is necessary to believe that the same God who has given us our senses, reason, and intelligence wished us to abandon their use, giving us by some other means the information that we could gain through them

I would call it a miracle if the bullet fazed though the windshield and landed softly on his lap.
I do not think it is necessary to believe that the same God who has given us our senses, reason, and intelligence wished us to abandon their use, giving us by some other means the information that we could gain through them

If you have faith every little anomaly is a miracle. A true miracle would be Christians acknowledging this as a random occurrence.

My aunt see everything as a miracle. She'll get her tax check and she'll say its a miracle.

The other day one of my friends (Muslim) said that it was a miracle he passed his math test. Legitimately... not a figure of speech... he actually believed it was a miracle preformed by Allah. I laughed and he got pissed.ROFLOL

Something along the lines of "It was God's will" or "God works in mysterious ways"?

If I know Kentuckyen Christians they would probably say it was his time to go or hope the person behind the shouting found and gets what's coming to him.

I'd call it a miracle if the bullet paused in midair and turned around before going back and hitting the person who shot the gun.
