Chemistry is pretty dang deterministic if you ask me.

H + H + 0 = H₂O
H + O + H = H₂O
O + H + H = H₂O
H + O + H + H + H + O = 2H₂O
H + H + O + O + H + H + H + O + H = 3H₂O

...and so on.
