During a recent sit-down with The New York Times, White House correspondent Katie Rogers posed this question: "You've promised $2,000 checks to Americans based off of your tariff revenues. When can they expect those?"

His immediate reply was, "I did do that? When did I do that?" It appeared as though he had forgotten about his pledges concerning the $2,000 checks.

The moron sent a letter to the prime minister of Norway saying “you didn’t give me the Nobel Peace Prize so I’m choosing to invade Greenland because of it.”

Dear Jonas: Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America. Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a “right of ownership” anyway? There are no written documents, it’s only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also. I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States. The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland. Thank you! President DJT

What a raging Jerkasaurus.

I hope SCOTUS invalidates Trump's tariffs and ends his pressures on Europe.  And I hope Congress impeaches him again if his military takes Greenland.

In any case, I think a new Democratic president would give Greenland back to Denmark if Trump does take it.  Whichever Democrat follows the MAGA Republicans will have to repair a lot of functions of the government and a lot of relationships with other countries.

Tariff threats undermine transatlantic relations and risk a dangerous downward spiral. We will continue to stand united and coordinated in our response. We are committed to upholding our sovereignty.
